700 must be on the south end of the railroad if they weren’t in the neighborhood to help.
D700 had left Holland for Grand Rapids shortly before Q326 stalled. D700 was going to pick up the empty lumber car in Grandville.

18:59 - D705 westbound through CH43.
Green Oak DD at CH39.1 said 384 axles, 5559 feet.

That's how they usually do that, they don't run 1/2 their train to Grand Rapids. But, I wonder if that would be easier to do - run 1/2 their train to Waverly & then go back & get the rest from Saugatuck?
They double to the siding at Saugatuck. There is not logistical reason to advance the first half to Waverly.

The summit of the hill is basically right at 136th Ave, with the steep portion terminating at the east end of the curve just west of the crossing. It then drops on a slight downslope continuing east, which helps trains pick up speed again, but is not enough to require a bajillion handbrakes to hold the front half.

D802-12 @ 19:30 has re-crewed Q326-12 & departing from the 140th Ave crossing. CSX engines #3419 + #7805 & 93 cars.

D802-12 (re-crewed Q326-12) @ 20:16 eastward reported by the DD mp CG19.1 with only "no defects, no defects, end of transmission" message. A PTC error had brought him to a stop short of the DD & he was traveling too slow over the HBD system for it to operate properly. CSX engines #3419 + #7805 & 93 cars.

Q327-13 between 05:29/05:59 Grand Rapids job briefing with the RN Dispatcher: CSX engines #7805 + #3419 & 8 cars (0 loads + 8 empties).

Amtrak P371-13 @ 06:36 westward reported by the DD mp CG19.1 with 16 axles & 309 feet long. AMTK engine #59 & 3 SuperLiner cars.

Q327-13 @ 06:47 while still in Grand Rapids contacted the Dispatcher saying he is having engine issues & needs to call the Mechanical Dept.

Amtrak P371-13 @ 07:28:44 westward Bangor’s Center St cam crossing mp CG60.35 with AMTK engine #59 & 3 SuperLiners (0 passengers On/Off at the station mp CG60.5)

Q327-13 @ 07:29 will have to spin his engines due to issues with the CSX #7805 (Power Circuit Grounded - the #7805 won't load & won't be able to control the CSX #3419). He'll run his train to Waverly mp CG23.0 & will spin them there to make the CSX #3419 the leader.

Q327-13 @ 09:00 westward cleared the Holland Depot mp CG25.3 now with the CSX #3419 leading + CSX #7805 trailing & 8 empty cars.
