Thanks, Pudgy. So they changed their schedule again, when did that go into effect? Wondering if it's a crewing issue for vacations taken this time of year?

Not due to crew availability, based on traffic patterns and flow. At least 2 weeks on this schedule, previously 6 days for a couple weeks.

Amtrak P371-16 is on the NS westbound as of 7-10 minutes ago. I’m live and in color at Chesterton. Oh baby!!

Something routed on the CSX GR Sub off NS eastbound. Coal? Hope so!!

Could be M326-16 & is supposed to have a 3rd engine today, CSX engine #8066 that is to become the 2nd engine for the L301. No info for his other engines.

That light was taken down. Nothing routed on CSX currently.

10:38 ET: Eastbound at East Curtis on the CSX about to move to the NS at CP497… this is likely 326.

R599-15 @ 10:47 copied their EC1 to depart the power plant in West Olive, Mi mp CGP 1.0 & diverge onto the Fremont sub-div & head south to the Grand Rapids sub-div in Holland, Mi with BNSF engine #8523 & 130 empty coal cars & rear dpu BNSF Executive engine #9826. He’ll take Grand Jct siding mp CG54 & tie down.

Closest to Grand Haven this would have gotten was West Olive where the power plant spur ties into the Fremont Sub mainline to Holland. FYI

That would be along US 31 between West Olive and Harlem, for your reference. Won't be seeing these trains for much longer if current plans proceed as advertised.
