Amtrak P371-13 @ 07:40 westward reported by the Defect Detector site mp CG66.2 in Hartford, Mi with 16 axles. Not often we hear this DD's report. It was repaired a couple of days ago or so & it appears it now no longer reports the train's length. It says "end of transmission" after the axle count is given. There is a menu to select what info is to be transmitted (i.e. axle count, length, speed, direction, ambient temperature, etc).

As of 1:30pm he hasn't been reported by the DD at mp 91.9 (22 miles from the e/e New Buffalo). He's pretty much out of the range of the scanner, maybe he tied down or had mechanical issues?
