Then, he is to go to Wells & tie down the rest of his train, wait for Amtrak & M326-19 to pass by, then take the 2 CSX engines off of his train & go to Grand Jct mp CG54 to add the CSX power to the C800-20 loaded coal train that had tied down there this afternoon.
