Late report but I’m 99% sure they were spotting this neat looking classic BNSF covered hopper in Zeeland at Vanden Bosch Feed. First grain load in a while, I think. BNSF 468829. 1 covered hopper holding down the rails at Plastcore. Zeeland Lumber is empty and business has been slow as of late.

I did see your post about CSX 3124 and CSX 5112, but I could not report the train itself to DD 104.3 and DD 126.3 since it passed already. Thanks for telling me they are elephant style which will reflect my L303-16 post

L301-16 @ 11:30am had Job Briefing with RN Dispatcher in Grand Rapids, MI: CSX #4070 with 12 cars (5 Loads and 7 empties) at 1,030 tons and 718 ft long. He’s ready to depart and heading to work at Buzzi mp 5.3, Waverly mp 22.84, Hartford mp 68.7 and possibly Sawyer mp 105.2

Y197-16 @ 11:34am will follow L301-16 to work at PCA with CSX #6538. Crew stated to Dispatcher that they will fit into the same track as L301 to work at the same time.

He is a “Key Train”. He has a couple of setoffs in Lansing with NO pickups. He will likely drop off CSX #8199 in Lansing. (crew didn’t mention CSX #8199 in their briefing)

Notes from L303 Consist: lots of 2 bay hoppers, several loaded tankers as well, quite a lot of gondolas (unsure if they were loaded), and lots of boxcars.

For those near Lansing and beyond, can you update where CSX #8199 is at?
