"02:50-ish" - Supposedly a westbound welded rail train came thru Brighton. I heard the horn but figured it was GLC. "CSX 309 or 389 for power...YN2 AC4400CW".
Speaking of GLC, they had a clear signal northbound across the diamond at Ann Pere around 00:51. Thank you Brandon for the info on the welded rail train.
Update, after looking at the footage, it looks to be 309. This was W014-12
