That' D803-17 with CSX engines #3440 + #3167 headed to Holland to pick up 11 loaded coal cars & take them to West Olive & then he has an empty coal train to build there. The other day, Q326 had 11 loaded coal cars in his consist.

Change in plans for D803-17, he's to now take those loaded coal cars into Wells mp CG41.4 so that his engines will be available for N800-16.

It appears, yet, another change in plans - doesn't appear D803 is going to meet N800-16. D803 was heard around 13:36 entering the Fremont sub-division.

Seems like they couldn't make up their mind, he was originally to take the coal cars from Holland to West Olive & return. Then they were told to take those cars to Wells instead & meet N800-16.
