At this time, D706-29 is still stopped at mp CH151.5 due to a semi-truck stopped & blocking #2 Track. Track Dept is now on the scene to inspect the rails on #2 Track & to determine that #1 Track isn't being fouled to allow D705 to pass by. They are planning to back up D706 & diverge him onto #1 Track since it appears it will be a while for that semi-truck with a crane be moved off of #2 Track.

D801-28 @ 14:06 westward had cleared the Holland Depot mp CG25.3 with CSX engines #3167 + #3440 & 119 empty coal cars. Interesting that there wasn't any BNSF engines in the consist. He'll take the empties into Grand Jct siding mp CG54 & bring the loaded coal train from Wells mp CG42 to West Olive.

I see Googlemaps traffic overlay finally showing movement on Grandville and Century Ave's near downtown GR. Construction on us-131 too..that whole area really didn't have traffic flowing well this afternoon.

D706 eastbound by Trowbridge at around 18:50, I counted 118 cars. I got stopped at Harrison on my way home, so naturally I chased it to Brighton, where it was thru downtown at 20:02, calling CH 43 shortly after.

D706 called approach at WE South Lyon at 20:14. Signals are dark at EE South Lyon.

D706 called clear at EE South Lyon at 20:17. Signals were lit then. They went dark again when the last car passed the signal.

Green Oak DD at CH39.1 said 488 axles and 7300 feet. 119 cars.
