L303-28 @ 11:13 heard talking to Rouge Tower to move his engines & start building his train. He'll have CSX engines #212 + #5375 (not sure of their order).

L303-28 @ 12:48 eastward called an Approach Medium signal at Seymour mp CH148.1 but had identified himself as now being the Y303 (don't know why). Note: when he copied his EC1 for Lake Odessa / Ensel, both he & the Dispatcher identified the train as being L303-28.
