The loaded coal trains were "N" trains a while back.

C800-30 @ 19:55 eastward reported by the Defect Detector mp CG91.9 St Joseph, Mi with 516 axles. BNSF engine #8565 & 126 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #6411.

Note: two (2) crew dismounting # 8437. Gone and disappeared to weeds?. My brother, ex-UP engineer says the on-engine toilets don't always work!!

The Limo just pulled over nearer engines side of road. It was near the gate.

Question: Was this trains Symbol a 'C" and not an 'N'?

6:35pm 2 crew on ground are back on 8437. Maybe walked the train ... don't know.

6:36: Engines throttled down to low idle from high idle.

What is N? Loaded coal should be C

Not sure I remember N800/801, but I definitely remember N903, N910, E937 and E950. A handful of E917s, too.

N800-29 @ 09:50 eastward Bangor’s Division St crossing cam mp CG60.93 with BNSF engine #9307 & 129 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF #6402. He’ll be adding UP engines #6216 + #8263 at Grand Jct mp CG54 & then head to the West Olive, Mi power plant.

Keep an eye/ear out for a U313 on the Plymouth Sub tonight. 86 cars of stone, some for Lansing and the balance for Grand Rapids. Detroit can’t handle to cars so they’re running it all as a unit train from Walbridge instead. I think it’s been almost 9 years since the last stone train ran up here!

02:24 - M268-29 into emergency after rounding the Toledo Wye. Hose between cars 42 and 43 came apart. On their way south again at around 03:10.
03:30 - U313-29 departing Plymouth at Lilley Rd. with engines 743 and 5443 leading.
04:33 - thru EE Brighton with 86 cars (356 axles).

U313-29 @ 07:43 at mp CH91.2 copied their EC1 for Grand Ledge/Lake Odessa & proceeding westward to Grand Rapids, Mi. They had work in Lansing.

Yesterday’s M510-28 has CSX #1973 (Chessie Heritage) and CSX #423 bound for Rougemere Yard and currently sits at the yard right now

A late M510-29 was seen on the Deshler cam this morning (06/30/24) at 2:46am with a unknown CSX solo power and about 80 cars trailing

L303-30 @ 11:30 is building their train at this time. No job briefing yet. They may have CSX #160(?), CSX #4549, CSX #5443, CSX #743
