Nothing inbound or outbound at the GRE. The usual 1+3 on 371.

The long string of gons stored west of the CSX Wyoming Yard is gone. It has been there hidden behind the auto racks since about September. A new mixed string of cars has taken it's place. While it is nice to look at something different for a change, where did they go? Are scrap shipments on the increase?

Saw a K185 roll South by me this morning around 11AM followed by a Q507 coming out of Stanley with a GEVO & road slug set (all in matching YN3). If anyone's still in Deshler they'll get back to back Southbounds on the Toledo Sub in a bit! Glad to see a K185 again - it's been since about January since I've seen one.

Z15114 At Michigan Rail. Starting today the Z job and the road train have flipped schedules (seems to be permanent so to accommodate CSX's wanting to get rid of the third shift crew at Wyoming). Yard Jobs in Ludington and Manistee will stay the same.

Didn't seem to have any trouble last week although I didn't see them go up the hill.

Z151 NB Watson 14:25. I think this was their quickest turnaround yet; must be those daytime yard guys.

record is 43 minutes for the Z train. Held by th MQT A- Team.
they were in with 79 out with 65. short work at vans, ambassidor steel, mich rail and kent city.

Thanks for the Q327 heads up GP75745. I'll be waiting before heading out on bike. Had an eastbound this morning around 11am that I was out and about when he went by, but nobody reported seeing anything. I did hear something about a geometry train this morning. Did they ran that W001 or what ever they call it that has CSX GP40-2 6025 leading two geometry cars?
D708 business is worse than ever starting out another new week. Eastbound at Howell at 1230 with only six cars, back westbound at 1330 with only three, and no AnnPere Pick up. Should be from Ensel to Ensel in six and half hours of his call time.

It at least wasn't the csxt 6025 or w001 anything, as that's over cruising around Virginia for the past few days.

When I got to Theadore street in Plymouth Brian told me that W004 came east and went north about 12:30p this afternoon and D739 had to take the siding at Novi to let it continue north.

So hold on... the MQT Z151 job into Wyoming Yard is now running during the day shift? Is that correct?
Hey MDH, did you happen to catch the road numbers of that slug set on Q507?
Bob M., That's too bad about D708's car count... but have there been more loads going into Century Truss in the past few weeks?
Anyone know anything more on this mysterious W004 job rolling around Michigan?

Yes Sir that is Correct. 6am Start for the Z crew, 7pm start for the Road Night Train to Manistee and Ludington.
Today's NB Z151 had 65 cars leaving GR
3 High end Flats for Vans
1 Box for Vans
1 Gon for Ambassador
4 Covered Hoppers for Mich Rail.
Picked up 4 Box Cars from Mich Rail to goto storage at Kent City
23 Cars for Manistee
12 Cars for Ludington
And as always the YM made sure there was a black tank on the rear.
Times at:
Wyoming Yard 1320 - 1415
Ambassador 1515 - 1530
Michigan Rail 1537 - 1616
