Was wondering if anyone could post consists for Amtrak for the next few weeks, as winter approaches I always like to shoot them in the snow, but more so, I would like to get more shots of the NPCUs which don't seem to be as frequent as of late. Any NPCU updates would be appreciated, especially from the West side of the state.. anything on 354 or 352 that might lead in the morning on 351 or 353. Thanks!

90215 will be leading 353 today

I haven't seen it in a couple of days, but trains 370/371, the Pere Marquette, (Chicago,IL-Grand Rapids, MI) have been using a consist of AMTK 832, varying number of Superliners, and Cabbage 90413. Superliners have been used on the Pere Marquette regularly for over a year now.

351: 26, 8 cars, 37
365: 30, 8 cars, 90219
350/355: 128, 5 cars, 27
353: 90215, 6 cars, 28
352: 35, 7 cars, 127
364: 36, 7 cars, 29
354: 37, 7 cars, 26
370: 832, 3 Supers

The 74 seat coach from 351's train, 54552, is not turning on 354. The 54552 and 54550, both assigned to Los Angeles, will deadhead back "home" on the head end of train 3 on 12/1.

One coach from 371, 35008, is going to Brighton Park, and not turning on 370. The 90413 is in CHI and wasn't on yesterday's 370.

That's the bad part about consists- always subject to change. :/

352 Main 1 Vinewood to MIlwaukee Jct. Main 2 Milwaukee Jct to Moterm. Main 1 Moterm to M.A.L.

351 on the 3rd will have 37 and 26.

353 will have the 28 leading 7 cars with the 90215 on the rear.


350 HAD 2 units going into Kal; set off their rear unit for 365 who was having engine problems (no info on that situation).

Today's 351 and 371 go to the yard. Others turn in CUS.

Amtrak 354 through Dearborn, MI at 1:34am, 1 hour and 39 minutes late. 37 leading the way with a frightful sounding K5LA and no rear unit. Looks like 353 will have no rear unit. 2 Amfleets.. one might have been a Cafe?

Noticed you guys had a good amount of snow on front of the engine

This may change, but as of 11am, 352(05) shows the 90413 as the leader. I'd imagine they'd wye it if that's the case.

As of yesterday, P370/P371 has the 832, 3 superliners and the 90200.
