Sounds like 326 is going main to siding at the west end of hudsonville. Engine number 8889 leading. Did not say what railroad.

Edit: Scratch that. 8889 leading N956. At Jenison at 0817.

Essexville empty had CSX power today, 5007 131

The brand new Ferromex SD70ACe 4066 that sat in GRP all day Sunday that nobody reported is back sitting in GRP again all day today as it returned on Q33505 in the night. Once again, it should move after dark either on Q327 to Chicago or back to Toledo on Q334 unless it gets swapped out for grain train power. CSX 5291 also returned with it, and on the lead, like it was on 334 Sunday night.

The train is currently sitting along Chicago Dr with the head end just shy of the 28th St overpass. They cut the train at Ivanrest and it'll probably be sitting there a while. As of 3:40pm, the dispatcher said she doesn't know what time the crew is called for.

Q233-06 is Y'ing the power at CP-Scotten in Detroit. Its sounding like they will run via CP-Lou today.

The Shared Assets has been very congested the past few days. Been hearing the dispatchers mention it basically every day now.

EB coal train pulled into the siding at Brighton and cut the engines (BNSF 8889 & BNSF 5682), and proceed west. I assume he has to double his train.

Q150 is running through Plymouth today. There is a coal train sitting at the holdout on the Lincoln Secondary, jamming everything up.

D700 returned east through Grandville at about 1510 with FXE 4066 & CSX 5291 for power. 1 box and 7 sandies from Muskegon. Train went through 8 track in the yard and backed onto 6 track which will be tonight's Q334. As of last I knew, 4066 will be leading 334 tonight.

N956-05 took around 40 cars to Brighton on his his cut, and 87 on his second cut and made Ann Pere hill with ease from a dead stop at Lucy Road on his second cut. Its now been over four hours since this train has been between Howell and Brighton and will be surprised if he gets out of Brighton before going on the law. And now, they have to put this train back togehter in the midst of heavy rush hour traffic in downtown Brighton. Ought to be a lot of hair pulling going on soon.

Despite the fact D708 worked behind this train all the while this was going on, nobody suggested they gave them a hand in getting over Ann Pere hill in one piece. Perhaps it had something to do with the fact 708 did not run yesterday because there was no conductor, and today is working is west side run coming east. They only made it to Ann Pere once last week and that one was done with a recrew on the day they usually don't come east.

That 708 that was dead on main 2 in lansing for two days only brought half of its train back from Grand Rapids. With that one unit there was no way it could have gotten all of its cars to Ensel. The counter part that works west from ensel departed at 1530hrs and told the RN they were good until 2300hrs.....I guess they were taxied in from GR or somebody got locked in the office for a few hours....
