64R with NS 1074 (Lackawanna) leading, BNSF 4862 trailing, and a DPU is clear through Millersburg CD401. Got a fair shot from out in the field while chug-a-luggin in the tractor, and doing the same with ice cold beers.

Caught the local northbound from Worthington heading back toward Jackson. Led by a GP38-2 had 5-6 covered hoppers (looked like for/from Dawn) and 2 coil steel cars.

39E should be in Livernois Yard by now. They met another train at CP Mort which sounded like 38E based on the conversation by the Dearborn Dispatcher.

39E had NS 9204, NS 7536, and ABRX 1512 which is the legendary SW1200 switcher that handled freight train duties on the Michigan Air-Line Railway. The MAL's caboose was tacked on the very end of the train (nostalgic!). They worked Wayne Yard and had a decent-sized when they continued East (I think 56 cars if I counted right).

39e had a switcher and caboose last night. That's cool! Taken from Jackson or something?

The switcher and caboose was part of the MAL's equipment that was stored in Lansing on the JAIL when the MAL was ripped-up. The F7 was left behind and still in Lansing for some reason.
