GTW 3129 and GTW 4902 are at the head of an all passenger car train parked in Flint Yard. Is this the CN Santa train or something else?

This definitely is the
"Santa Train!!!!" There is no "GTW 3129," that is "IC 3129!" It is a GP40-2R. On its way to Pt. Huron for the night now (10:30)!!!!

Oh yeah, looking back at my picture, it is IC. Didn't notice that the first time.

IC 3129 just marked up to go south at Tappan on signal indication. From earlier reports, this may be the Santa train.

Edit: apologies, I didn't read the posts above mine prior to posting. This IS the Santa train.

I photographed the "Santa Train!!!!" southbound in Fraser at 12:31 p.m. It had the two CN painted locos—IC GP40-2R #3129 and GTW GP38-2 #4902 with its 5 cars!!!!
The engines looked fairly nice (but nothing compared to the E9s)!!!! 8) :D

Around 11:30 5717 (GP38-2) was working Torrey Yard (Flint). The loading dock tracks were empty and it was sorting vehicle racks so I think it was going to spot empties.

Should have been GTW 5857 (CN paint), which I saw in Flint Thursday.

396 is in Sarnia. Had CN 2444/2418/2232/2331 (F/R/R/R).

CN 3018 and 2823 are sitting (F/R or back to back) in the yard at Port Huron with a cut of cars. It looks like they'll leave eastbound. The cars are general freight. I don't know what train this would be.

501 is switching the yard at Port Huron. I missed it coming in and haven't seen the power yet.
EDIT: According to the markup 501 gave the dispatcher, consist is: CN 8810, 5408, 5613. 7509 feet of train, with a D5 dimensional load. According to the dispatcher, 501 wasn't meeting anything that would cause a problem with that D5 load, and 398 would be waiting in the siding at Emmett for 501.

Today (12-6) at the MTM station, Mt. Clemens, I saw three trains! First, 524 came southbound! I only saw it from inside around 1:20 p.m. Too fast to get pix!!!! Then, at 2:01 came train 533 south with CN SD60 #5423 and 8 loaded "Well Car" sets!!!! Good sun for pix!!!! Later, at 3:44, I photographed northbound train 524 returning to Pt. Huron! It had ""Blue" GTW GP38-2 #4909 and four boxcars!!!!
