This loco, an SD40-3, is "GTW 5942" as is the "Reporting Marks!!!!" This engine is still in KCS Gray (former KCS ...originally CN)—I sure like it since it is "Different!!!!"
I photographed this unit in Battle Creek, February 20th!!!!

I photographed train 524 heading north at 13 Mile, Roseville!!!! After working Great Lakes Recycling®─it headed north with CN painted GTW GP38-2 #5850 and 4 cars!!!!
I got it at 6:12 p.m. (out bike riding in the snow)! Now I saw it earlier from work, Unique Options® in Warren, around 1:10 p.m. and it was heading south with four cars!!!!
(both times it had a total of 3 Boxcars and one Flatcar)

Lots of Pulp wood loading at Trout lake, about 15 cars set out for Newberry. Some big Tboxes tanks and pulp boxes.
Nothing going on in Newberry
Munising had 6 pulp boxes and 4 tanks ready to be spotted.
The beer at Ore Dock brewing is as good as I remembered.

Two ore trains ran into Partridge last night back to back.
L540 came in at 2343 to swap cars and head back south.

I photographed southbound train 533 in Fraser, 4:44 p.m. It had SD75I #5760 and 10 loaded "Well Car" sets!!!!

The second of two eastbound a just came through Durand at about 1:05pm. The first eastbound came through roughly 12:55pm. Both have two CN engines leading and are both manifests.
