Been informed of eastbound L303 (ex-D706) clearing East Lansing near CH84.43 around 17:37

L305 (ex-D708) also cleared eastbound shortly after L303 did. #8849 + #4014. 4014 west-facing.

L for Local makes more sense than the old division-specific D symbols.
