CSX GRE MQT Train Location Update 6-27-08

GRE on the move - taking 118 off Amtrak. CSX made a delevery of 1 car yesterday. Looks like thye were going after it and anything delivered last night. Trip to Marne I'm guessing

Not sure if I should ask this here or start a new thread, but on the way in to work this morning (0750 6/27) I thought I heard a G-soemthing train with CSX #1 leading pull up to Crandle Rd. (Walbridge Yd, Toledo) probably for a crew change. I wasn't able to get over there to check it out before coming into the office - can anyone confirm #1 is leading it? It would likely be heading into Michigan next, but that's pure speculation.

Traced #1 and it says departed for Toledo/Lang Yard. So yes, it is in town. Where it's going is another story though.

327 went wb by east waverly at approx 300am
z627 was in waverly yard waiting for d700
327 met x500 at wells approx 330am
x500 waited for d700 on the main at east waverly
d700 arr main to siding at east waverly 404am
x500 by east waverly at 408am
z627 and d700 exchanged cars after d700 arrived waverly
sorry these were all wakeup calls didn't get info on any lengths
just checked times

d700 by east waverly at 1014am
has 4 - 4axles ( lead pair running backwards - this mornings d700 -
trail pair back to back ) with both days ( thursday & friday pickup )
