-NS 176 was southbound at 2:27 today.

-Ford Transmission at 18 mile had 2 gondola under the loading chute next to 18 mile.

-East Side of Sterling Yard by Chrysler was full of Autoracks so next couple trains out of Sterling should have many autoracks.

Power in Sterling Yard @ 8:30 PM at the Yard Office

-Pair of Union Pacific SD70Ms with one being 3915

-NS GP38-2 5319

-CSX GP40-2 6079

-NS 9125 C40-9W a conrail employee had side door where the motor is and was inspecting the engine

-Two Pairs of NS C40-9Ws north side of 17 mile bridge.

-About 4 more engines were parked but I could not see them well enough to get their number.

As M.D. Bentley said the Conrail MOW crane was parked on the stub track at 16 mile. Its cleary visible from 16 mile but I risked tresspassing a short walk from the nearby parking lot to get closer photos. The consist was:

Especially by the 17 mile overpass. I should definitely drive by that way more, since I live only a stones throw away from there. A while ago, there was talk about no more trains north of 59 due to the Utica plant shutting down. Have they begun taking out the line yet?

Wonder why they're taking so long to take the tracks out north of M59 :?: I doubt there's any reason to leave them in.
