St. Clair Southwestern RR

Alright, we'll try this board since the Michigan MRR Forum is down again. I think this will make for an interesting theme for a paper railroad. I made up the map, I have an idea for the history, but I think I will let others post timelines and the history for it here. May make for some interesting what ifs...
So what sort of history is behind the St. Clair Southwestern RR? I will say it started with the sale of CSX's former Pere Marquette St. Clair Subdivision with the International Tunnel and Conrail trackage rights on the old CASO to St. Thomas, Ontario. You all fill in the rest.... OK Mr. Cenci... get to work!

The PM trains had their way to Plymouth Yard. Then it could be SCSW trackage rights.

I don't know about the viability of the StCSW, but I'd just like to have active rail on the old MCRR from Utica to Oxford. Bike trails just aren't the same.
