Anybody know any dealers in scrap rail track around the Cincinnati region?
Need around 50 feet minimum for balasting farm equipment and other jobs. Not expecting it for free, willing to pay fair value.
Several friends working for Class I's and Class II's; none can get it anymore. All has to go through the companies contracted scrap buyer. We finally used up our last stick this spring; it was Carnegie-1904 rail that got pulled up from our local interurban back in the 1940's.
