Correct, and as far as I know of the CRHS Special from DC to Harrisburg on the NEC is the only public thing I have heard of so far for Levin's beauties.

CHICAGO — Norfolk Southern has announced it is bringing a business train F-unit; exhibit car, and Pennsylvania Railroad Heritage ES44 AC No. 8102 to Chicago’s National Train Day celebration in Chicago May 12. The event will be held at Chicago Union Station from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Pennsylvania was one of the original owners of Chicago Union Station.

The Chicago event will include live entertainment, interactive and educational exhibits, children’s activities, model train displays, tours of Amtrak equipment, and private railroad cars, including former Milwaukee Road Skytop lounge observation Cedar Rapids.

Exclusively in Chicago, actor Hill Harper, star of CSI: NY will share his Amtrak travel experiences with fans. Harper, also an author, wrote sections of his latest book The Wealth Cure: Putting Money In Its Place while traveling aboard the Southwest Chief from Los Angeles to Chicago in 2010.

So I'd assume that the f units and PRR heritage unit would head to Chicago on the 11th since TW real national train day is the 12th. Didn't say anything about Toledo though

I'm bummed I can never attend the Toledo National Train Day event.....they open up much of the rest of the station and let the visitors wander around more of the platform area than just Track 1.

Not saying it isn't true, but I'd wait for an official announcement rather than some Facebook talk.

I'm still hearing conflicting reports on the 8102 from a few reliable sources.

We shall see... until it shows up from NJ where it was headed a few weeks ago, I would go with what NS has said on their replies to AC60CW. But they do need to ferry it, the NS OCS F's, and the exhibit car to Chicago on the 12th so anything is possible.
