Referring to the New Carlisle Rail Park ... Currently zoned agricultural. CSS wants to rezone as industrial and build a yard.

There is a proposed, but currently stalled, battery plant for electric vehicles planned for just south of IN-Tek. CSS is looking to attract either auxiliary customers to that, or short-haul transload drayage.
