How is all this currently affecting the Grand Elk coming off the Michigan line? Several railfans in Michigan have noticed some different, out of the ordinary, operating times on the Grand Elk lately. I'm wondering if this could be because of curfews put out by the NS track gangs restricting access to the Elkhart yard at certain times.

I believe it was Wednesday that I heard #302 come north at CP 421 around 5:30 pm towards Mich.
