Let the idiots speak out..

"This Friday night, past midnight, every train that goes by starts beeping their horn, two, three bursts at every intersection," said Joseph Araman, who lives near the intersection of Sunnymede and 30th Street. "I'm telling you, those are like air horns, you know, at basketball games? That's what it sounded like in my bedroom."

Gee I wonder where the horns at basketball games came from.. idiot

"Trains conductors began blowing horns at crossings in eastern South Bend on Saturday amid safety concerns."

I understand the confusion ... The city is considering all of their crossings as part of one quiet zone. CN is concerned with their crossings. Upgrading NS crossings does not improve the safety of CN crossings. The city needs to complete the job.
