night with the MQT

Unread post by E »

hey my name is Eric this is my first time posting. Im super new to this rail fanning thing.. so excuse my lack of detail when it comes to numbers and amount of cars and such. I just like watching trains. Just a little here about my night with the MQT.
I was spending a couple days on the west side of the state and really wanted to see the MQT. So I went to Judd St. And watched them come into the Wyoming yard. The power was the 2 blue GMTX units and a lighter colored one but it was too dark for me to get a close look at. They came in around 2am and departed about 3am. I followed them all the way back to baldwin. They didnt stop along the way at all and got back to baldwin at 7am. They stoped short of any facility that I could see. Right by a school that was still just single track. I was ready to head back to clare so i didnt wait around any longer.. But what a fun night!
