As I have a front row seat to idiots who ignore crossing protection and have a VERY dim view of their intelligence, perhaps I am being a little harsh when I think that he got off with just a slap on the wrist...........

At least he was charged with his stupidity. May have been a slap on the wrist but its something. And it wasnt the train's fault like 99% of the time it seems.
