Bit curious as to why they're planning to transload it in Humboldt.. Kinda outta the way, ain't it?

I'm pretty sure Humbolt Jct on the LS&I is near Humbolt, I"m also questioning that as well. I know there used to be a mine in Humbolt, maybe there is still some tracks, or a facility that they can use.
