The train was given the OK to run over the bridge with no additional restrictions. The trak dept. had just completed it's inspection.

I also like it when theres a good heavy rain and the water is about 5' deep under the bridge, but people still try to drive their cars thru! Sometimes they will still try it even though you can only see the roof of the car that tried and failed before they got there!

If he was caught texting and driving or they figured out that is what he was doing that is a $3.000 fine to the driver and he lost his job. Not a wise choice on his part.
