New CSX/GLC buisness

In the next couple of weeks look for unit pipe trains to start running from CSX to the GLC. They will run about once a week, until the fall.

Perhaps just specifically for this, or just normal inspection time, but the transfer track at Ann Pere was inspected last week and some major problems found in the sharpest curvarture of the rails where they swing around from CSX to GLC. All defects were repaired today.
