Well Steve most of the sidings south of Flint are signaled and are switch capble of 30 MPH, but limited to 10 MPH in the sidings, so they dont have to be maintained, for highter. The CP stuff, I believe to this day, wouldent have been as big a issuse, if we would have had Jeff White, in as manager insted of the "other thing". Do I think they still wouldent have been happy, yes, but I still think they wouldent have left.
