No intern tonight (FRI). But will have a special guest.

Intern is still saying he will ride soon.

WOW!!! Utter amazement!!! I always new the Spirit of Sparta was special, but special doesn't even comprehend what I am feeling right now!

I know it is going to be hard, but I have some very sad news. Tonight will be one of the last trips for the Spirit of Sparta for a while. Tomorrow she goes for a bath and some R & R. Next week old faithful (The Spirit of Sparta) will make a few more appearances and then it is off the Marquette hospital for our flag ship, The Spirit of Sparta.

Starting tonight, a once thought to be lost, old friend will be making a welcome home run. It should be a real thriller to see the Spirit of Sparta and this mystery friend working together again! Coupler to coupler, wow how GREAT!

I think I am getting a little emotional here. I am going to have to sign off.

Oh, geesz This crap is getting deep on this topic!

You can't say things like that! The A- team now has such big heads that they could not get into the locomotive! We had to have a different crew take the train to Grand Rapids tonight. It’s probably going to take at least two days to deflate the A- team. If you are lucky you will see them Tuesday night!

On a side note, Michigan Rail and Storage is getting 9 cars tonight!

Fine, Fine, Fine, MAYBE I should have said, the care and attention that the Marquette Intern will give the customer... As I was coming home tonight and heard the 3002 and crew get the yard limits around 0045. Nice to hear y'all squawkin' on the radio...
