1. They are on CN M395 (Toronto - Chicago Freight)

2. Going to BNSF, I would think Glenn Yard?

3. Then off to Texas, I would assume.

GO's units are actually MP40PH-3Cs. They were purchased for the expressed purpose of replacing these F59s. So in other words, yes, they are surplus units.
