Re: Mi-Train
yeah either for the AA-detroit line or for the GLC commuter train not sure which one yet. they are ex-GOT F59PH's
Re: Mi-Train
I guess I havn't been following this close enough but I thought the AA- Detroit and the GLC commuter were one in same. If not, what exactly would the GLC commuter be and were would it go?

Re: Mi-Train
This engine should be for the Ann Arbor to Detroit line. Wally is the company for the Ann Arbor to Howell line(which runs on GLC). The Ann Arbor to Detroit line should start running in early 2011 and they will have some trains running starting late November 2010(Thanksgiving).

Re: Mi-Train
The Wally was denied federal funding, so I doubt you'll see that train running anytime soon.

Will be interested to see the old Go-Karts running in Michigan now.

Re: Mi-Train
and that explains more why GLC is fixing up the Bi-levels, they(Federated rail) might as well shake them off the property if that can use them anytime soon.

Re: Mi-Train
Does this irritate any other modeler of the local area? OFCOURSE, they had to buy loco's whose shell is only available though Kaslo shops and a pain to build... WHYYYYYYY!??? I do like it though.
