Is this still NS owned track. Given a normal situation, tracks should be fixed by late late tonight night/tommrow morning. Not for normal speed mind you, but back to where people can pass. You figure it will be 16:00 to 18:00 by the time the investagation is over, then rerail the loco and cars that should be done by around 21:00-23:00 and then another 4 hours to put the track back in and ballast it and tamp it, so around 03:00 to 05:00. So I would guess between 00:01 and 05:00, depending on how long the investigation takes.
