MICHIGAN RAILROAD CLUB, INC ANNIVERSARY

Happy 75th anniversary to the Michigan Railroad Club, Inc. 75 years ago today, October 5, 1937 Charles F. Taylor founded the Michigan Railroad Club along with four other railfans (William Dewey Jr., Clarence Faber, Al Pinnock and Nick Quint). Mr. Taylor served as the first president of the MRC.
The MRC marked the anniversary by publishing a special issue of its magazine "The Michigan Railfan" for its members. Had a program presented this past Wednesday on MRC trips over the years and will be running a trip for members this Saturday.
