The new signals have been up for awhile now (several months), but remain bagged over. Also, I have noticed near a lot of the signal boxes there are towers that look like small cell phone towers. One of these is just outside Dexter west of the A&W. Any idea what these are and what they are for? Is it for PTC system?

Those are PTC antenna towers.
