I have a few questions about the roundhouse:

What is currently in the roundhouse?
What is the status of RS-2M #469 and the older boxcars (especially the GTW one)?
And is there any Bluewater Equipment left on the property?

What exactly do you mean by "Whats in the roundhouse?"
The 469 is stored long term on LSRC property because it's current owner has fallen ill and has no way to move the engine.
Regarding the Bluewater stuff, most of it has been sold off to another property. The rest of the cars are awaiting their demise, rumor has it that they will be cut up where they sit.

What I meant was: What equipment is presently in the roundhouse?

Why is the Bluewater NRHS selling off their equipment? I always wondered why they stopped offering excursions; liability?

It is unfortunate the boxcars will be cut up. Has the Saginaw Railway Museum been contacted?

And does anyone know what happened to DM/LSRC 646 (S1)?

Bluewater has been selling/donating equipment to other RR museums due to aging membership, lack of a place to call home (They have not been a tenet in the roundhouse since 2012), and rising cost of insurance. Items were scrapped only as a absolute last resort. I believe the boxcars are Bluewater's also, but I can't confirm. Bluewaters last two passengers cars; the diner and round end obs, are on a long term lease with TVRM
