NS problems Chicago Line.

NS still having problems from Toledo to Chicago.
Weather/derailment/crew availability seems to be the problem.
Yesterday over 30 dead trains between Toledo and Elkhart, and
20 west of Elkhart, making the Chicago division essentially a
single track railroad. No crews basically is the problem.

I was east of Bryan yesterday afternoon, and saw/heard about 8 trains in about a 20-minute span. Other than a EB coal train in the siding at Archbold, traffic seemed to be moving along nicely.
