Q327 is still out switching Ensel Yard at the moment.. won't be to GR until nightfall, but maybe they'll be dropping those cars off at Lansing anyway.

Just hoping someone might see it. They "might" have been the big autoracks but I thought I saw windows like on the double deck passenger cars....

Probably the Auto Racks. The new CP Autos are Silver and resemble new Passenger Cars....

I made that mistake Sunday, when one was on the trains mentioned in my post.

Chicago Commuter cars?

On Sunday, there was a cut of 3 or 4 stainless double deck commuter cars being switched around at Stanley yard in Toledo. I did not get a chance to write down the reporting marks on them to trace with though. Perhaps they headed north out of Toledo for Michigan.

If they were on Q327, they must have been dropped off either before, or at Grand Rapids. Didn't see them on it going to Chicago this morning (no autoracks either)

More for GLC (ex metra) maybe ???

I thought the previously obtained former metra cars wouldnt be able to come up from Ann Pere to Owosso due to height restrictions on bridges in the howell area, so if that is the case I would look for them to be interchanged to the GLC at Durand.

my guess is that they are for GLC and probably got dropped off at ensel yard, if they are for GLC they should be lettered for federated rail F??X.

No problems with Howell bridges, they have sent many through already.

All I can see is going to Ann Pere....
FRYX 792 showed it was bad ordered in Chicago...this group of cars went from Chicago to Toledo to Detroit to finally get on Q327 to drop off at Lansing...
