What a great day so far. Caught up with Amtrak P371 at Holland - 1 Genesis, 3 Horizons. Followed them to East Saugatuck where D70019 was waiting to head east.
Went to the depot in Holland and waited:
D80120 east (north) with BNSF 6068 and 9806, followed by BNSF 9358 and 9940 (D802).
X50019 with CP 9510 went by at 10 AM.
K90819 with CSXT 7919 and 5389 right after X500.
Followed K908 to Wyoming Yard.
On the way back to Holland caught up with D802 getting ready to head for GR with BNSF 9358, 9940, and CSX 2631.
Met JT at Waverly.

Crew was probably running out of time at that point. If they went on duty at 9 PM out of Baldwin like the normally do, they probably tied up at Turner just before 9 AM. Anything could've delayed them, I suppose. Maybe they had work to do in Baldwin or Walhalla before they went south.

Good to meet you, Tim. Funny how we were chasing the same trains from the beginning of the morning with Amtrak. I'm surprised our paths didn't cross sooner.

Mike, K908 didn't meet Q327 at South Lyon, as K908 is a Chicago to Lansing stone train..they went to Lansing, dropped off their cars, and came back to GR lite power.

Looks like Q32620 is finally leaving GR...
