Not as easy to decide as it seems. It would be easier if the politicians were decent people then I’d go with paying more for good service for sure.

I think the second but if it's a Honda I would go with either scenario. If I'm putting 100,000 miles a year on a car, I am not doing anything else but driving all the time.
