well, i was up there this past saturday. if i had known it would take almost 2 hours to go to the top and back down, plus pay 11.95 and watch a lame movie, we would have gone someplace else. The view was excellent though.
Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to see any trains moving...did see a long intermodal though on the BNSF racetrack.
