Symbol help?

Caught this one around 4PM last Friday in Milan heading westbound. Any idea as to what the symbol is?

at first glance I would say it is 143 but the EMP containers, that up until they closed Schiller Park would only got to Benseville on either the 241 or after 2009-2010 on 241 and or 243. But give away that this is 241 is the racks half way back plus what looks like junk behind the racks
