Hidroelectrica

A lack of laws and regulations regarding trespassing or how close structures may be built to tracks results in more interaction between the railroad and civilization.

The passenger train arrives from Aguas Calientes and the engine runs around.

With the right away also being the walking path, the conductors yell at pedestrians to clear and stay off the track while the engine passes through.

Another passenger train arrived and was combined with the first for the run back to Aguas Calientes. The other engine was used as a DPU.

Propane tanks, eggs, ketchup, mustard, rice, beer, toilet paper, paper towel, bottled water, mattresses, styrofoam food boxes, arrive in town by rail. Boxcars are unloaded and goods are moved around town by motor cart.

PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

Wife road Peru Rail up to Macchu Picchu back some 27 years ago. She talked the conductor out of his Ferrocarriles Peru hat. I have it proudly displayed on our mantle to this day.
