Air turbine recording

Unread post by M&LS »

I'm looking for a recording (that can be looped) of an air powered FRED (aka ETD) or just a recording of a similar small air turbine. need it for a project. .wav or .mp3 file type would be nice but really anything will do, as I haven't been able to find squat yet.

Thanks!!

Ps: any other forums that I should put this in?

Not sure exactly what you want, but I recall a toy "whizzy-whistle" thing I got at a novelty store that sounded like a jet engine if you blew into it really slow...

How long of a recording would be needed?

@ M.D.Bentley - I don't know how long I would need but as I have nothing yet, any length will do(I'll make it work). I plan on editing it for looping.
