Is it off TSBY 2648 or a TSBY freight car?

Bearing burned off a loaded GNAX cement hopper south of Howell near Beck Rd. last summer/fall.
Couldn't drag the car to the rail crossing to lift car to exchange wheels because of a bridge over a creek, so they had to drive off road across someone's yard to get to the site. Where the train stopped was in a "v" shaped trench. It was interesting to watch the operation.
That day was HOT!!!
A couple of big hydraulic jacks and some elbow grease and the car was back on the rails.
