I think you followed my trip around the Thumb on Saturday, Michael. Croswell, Applegate and even Kinde!
For AARR, because I probably won't bother posting it anywhere else, there was a single covered hopper at the elevator in Kinde, south of the main complex (might be a fertilizer facility south of the main loading area?). Croswell had no cars at the new fertilizer facility and I couldn't see anything at the sugar plant. And, for the record, the tracks at Deckerville and Palms were completely empty. HESR 8802 was at the engine house in Bad Axe...

I believe you are correct about the fertilizer dealer next to the elevator in Kinde. There is another one a mile south of the elevator, an old Terra place that was acquired by a local guy and markets specialty fertilizers.
