Well close to it anyways...Five Mile Road, apparently. Looking west. That is Johnson Drain going under the tracks.

Sorry, I didn't have all my streets memorized. But I'm pretty sure I've got it!

Here's one:
Image

The image is cropped, so open the image to see the whole thing. It was taken in Michigan despite many indications.

Info on the RP image says that it was taken in Waterford, MI in 2008. The train would be departing from Pontiac Yard.

Never been to Trout Lake either. Went to railpictures.net, pulled up Chuck's photos, searched for "726" which is the engine number, and boom, location found. Gotta toast watermarks like that which make it easy to find. I figured it was the UP at least with the SOO locos.

I get that it is best when people remove the watermarks/clues to the site of origin, but in the spirit of the game, why just go after that? It isn't that hard to just not go fishing for it, IMHO.

A d you've for to have landmarks even if they are obscure. Otherwise they could be literally anywhere in the US

It could be along the Wabash line here in Michigan.. I recognize the two rails painted white and the rope with yellow tubing on it which can be seen on multiple ROW access roads on that line, but that could be used on any other railroad line. The speed limit on the road also appears to be 50, which leads me to believe a country road down west of Bellville/ Milan if it is the Wabash. And ~Z~, I forgot how cut throat it was in here  I figured no one would go of the photographer info like that..
