My wife and I gave our daughter a heated hoodie. She suffers from Raynaud's syndrome (sound's bad but means her feet and hands get cold thanks to her Northern European heritage :) )

Milwaukee Tools sells hoodies heated with either a 12 or 18 volt small power tool battery. The guys she trains for marathons with were impressed her hoodie is heated with power tool battery 8)
